Terms of Use
Before using my graphics, please
take some time to read my terms which describe the proper use of all
the graphics you will find in this site. First and foremost, please
note that all copyrights on these graphics belong to me. I reserve the
right to change these rules at any time, without prior notice, so
please be sure to reread these rules regularly. If there is anything
that you do not understand, please contact me. Thank you for visiting
my site!
(1) You are welcome to decorate your personal/commercial website. You need to make links to www.whimsygraphics.com on every page where the graphics are being used (a separate credits page is not OK). Use a logo (provided with every graphic set), or a text link in a readable size.
(2) Feel free to decorate your own emails (remember to make links to www.whimsygraphics.com in each email), but you can not create email stationery to share with others.
(3) You may add text to any graphic as long as it's for your own use. Resizing is also OK, but these are the only alterations that are allowed. Please do not change the color, animate, or use them to create new graphics (such as logos, banners, e-cards, any kind of template/pattern etc.).
(4) Remember to download
(right-click and save as...) the graphics to your own computer before
using them. Do not link the graphics straight from my website. Be sure
to save them onto your hard drive.
(5) You may not offer my graphics on a website. If others are
interested in using my graphics, please direct them to visit this
website
www.whimsygraphics.com.
(6) You MAY NOT use my graphics on any site that supports or exploits hatred, violence, pornography, or racism. Only family and kid-friendly sites are permitted.
(7) You MAY NOT use my graphics for making labels, stationary, cards, etc. Unless they are for your personal use and not for any commercial purposes.
(8) You will need to use the following scripts on every page my graphics are used in order to protect them and show respect for original work. You may click on the name of each script to be directed to Dynamic Drive where you will find information about each script and directions on how to install them.
(7) Please email me with your website URL so I can pay you a visit and see how you are using my graphics.
